CLP1083e Business Two-way Radio - Small & Lightweight!
The CLP1083e offers 8 selectable UHF channels (license required) as well as features 219 privacy codes. The CLP1083e is also designed to be easy to use, providing all day performance. To talk, just press the large PTT button on the front of the radio. There are no speakers, knobs, or keypads. Instead, most of the options are controlled by voice driven menus and small buttons located on the side of the radio. Each radio includes a swivel earpiece with a PTT button that is easy to wear. When in use, the Smart Status Glow Ring around the top logo will glow to indicate the current channel, transmitting and receiving status, scan, and battery level. The Motorola CLP1083e two way radio is small, compact and weighs a mere 3.35 ounces with a battery, but still stands up great! The CLP1083e operates up to 18 hours on its high capacity li-Ion Rechargeable battery. It also has antimicrobial protection to help prevent the growth of mold and germs on the radio itself and is IP54 Military Standard 810 H (MIL-STD 810 C, 810 D, 810 E, 810 F, 810 G, 810 H) rated for durability.
