Minimum Billing:
No minimum on orders, however orders under $50 will be invoiced at Suggested Retail Price.

Payment Terms:
Net 30 from CanCom invoice date OAC. We also accept Visa, Master Card & PayPal payments.
Freight Policy:
Overdue accounts are subject to interest at the rate of 18% per annum. Freight prepaid and charged on invoice for orders of less than $1500.00.
Freight prepaid and not charged on orders of $1500.00 or more. Normal ground freight will be paid to one location using our carrier of choice. The cost premium for express, special handling, special delivery or special carrier will be billed to the dealer.
Pricing Policy:
All prices shown do not include tax, and are subject to change without notice. The list prices indicated are suggested only. No person is under any obligation whatsoever to accept these suggestions. This price list supersedes any previous published price lists.
Acceptance of Orders:
All orders are taken subject to product availability and credit acceptance by CanCom Sales Inc.
Freight Damage Claims:
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point and become property of the purchaser upon acceptance of the merchandise in good order by the carrier. CanCom will obtain a signed bill of lading from the carrier and it is the purchaser’s obligation to submit claims for damage and/or shortages directly to the carrier. CanCom assumes no risk of loss and/or damage in transit. All claims for incorrect shipments must be received in writing within 15 days from date of invoice. For the purchasers’ protection, visible damage as well as any shortages should be noted in the freight bill at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is found, the purchaser should notify the carrier immediately.

Prior to purchase (or within 14 days of purchase) should you find a lower quoted price, including those on the internet from one of our North American competitors, we will match that price and beat it by giving you an additional 10% of the difference.
The item must be equivalent and of the same quality as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada. Prices must be in the equivalent currency; Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, restricted offers, rebates, coupons, OEM products, limited time offers, closeouts, liquidations and clearances.
